Refund and Exchange Policy
By purchasing a ticket you are subject to the following policy:

Refunds/Exchanges: All ticket sales are final – we do not allow refunds or exchanges for Box Office purchases.

Reservations: All ticket reservations must be paid for at the time of reservation. No reservations will be taken without payment. These can be paid online, on the phone via a credit card number, or in person by check, cash or credit card. We will also not resell unclaimed, paid tickets unless permitted by the ticket holder.

Student prices are for those ages 12-17 with an ID.

Senior prices are for those patrons 60 and up.

Children prices are for patrons 4-11.

We respectfully ask that children under 4 not attend ACT productions unless otherwise specified in the production description.

General Policies
No food or drinks allowed in the auditorium.

No child under the age of four (4) will be allowed in the theatre (except for programs specifically
presented for children). Children four and over must have a paid ticket and occupy a seat. Parents will
be asked to take disruptive children out of the theater.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Aiken Community Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
